This is the townhome in West Haven we are under contract for. We are scheduled to close the end of February! :) Perfect since our lease is up March 4th. :) We are so excited! We also found out today that Ben will be servicing in this area. It is a 2009 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with 1368 sq. feet. Upgraded tile, knotty alder cabinets-(which are a much darker stain than what they look in the pictures-GORGEOUS!), carpet and fixtures. I love the almond colored paint, but am going to paint the floor boards and door frames white to give it more of a two-tone look. :) It is right off the 21st street exit so we will be closer to family which we are excited about. Our payments will also be less a month than we are paying now for our apartment that is half as big and much older. We are so BLESSED! I am glad we hung in there...it all came together! :)
